THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER

We really appreciate you giving us the opportunity to review your autograph(s). If you have any questions or need anything, please let us know.

DIGITAL AUTHENTICATION

If you are using our digital authentication services, we will review your autograph within 1-3 business days. We will then email you in regards to our decision. If your items passes our authentication process, we will mail you both the COA or LOA and the unique verification sticker for your item.

ONLINE AUTHENTICATION

If you are using our online authentication services, please mail your item(s) to:

• We will review your item within 1-3 business days after we receive your package. We will then mail your item(s) back to you with your Rackrs COA or LOA and the unique verification sticker for your item.
• If your item does not pass our authentication process, we will return your item, along with a letter stating the reasons why your item did not pass our authentication.

THE AUTOGRAPH OPINION

If you are using our autograph opinion services, we will review your item within 24 hours of submission and send you our decision through email. You will also be given a credit for the full amount (except shipping), which can be used towards doing a full authentication on your item.
