Biography
Paul Henry Konerko (play /kəˈnɛərkoʊ/; born March 5, 1976) is an American professional baseball first baseman who has played for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball since 1999. He previously played with the Los Angeles Dodgers (1997–98) and the Cincinnati Reds (1998). Konerko helped the Chicago White Sox win the 2005 World Series, the franchise's first since 1917.
