Biography
Thomas Sylvester Howard (born December 11, 1964 in Middletown, Ohio) is a former outfielder in Major League Baseball. He attended Ball State University where he played football and baseball. During his 11-year career (1990–2000) he played for the San Diego Padres, Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds, Houston Astros, Los Angeles Dodgers, and St. Louis Cardinals.
