Biography
Randall Jeffrey O'Neal (born August 30, 1960 in Ashland, Kentucky) is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher. He played during seven seasons at the major league level for the Detroit Tigers, Atlanta Braves, St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Phillies, and San Francisco Giants. He was drafted by the Tigers in the 1st round (15th pick) of the secondary phase of the 1981 amateur draft. O'Neal played his first professional season with their Class A-Advanced Lakeland Tigers in 1981, and his last season with the Kansas City Royals' Double-A Memphis Chicks in 1991. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Randy_O%27Neal
