Clark Cromwell Haggans (born January 10, 1977 in Torrance, California) is an American football linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fifth round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He played college football at Colorado State.
