It Was a Simpler Time - My In Person Autographs from the 1985-1986 NBA Season

Ahhhh....It was a simpler time collecting in person autographs back in the 80's and 90's. Yes, I'm old. I've been collecting since 1985. I've seen it all. Too many stories to tell. Maybe I'll get around to them. Basketball is by far my most favorite sport. I remember seeing Michael Jordan the first time he ever came to San Antonio, and I remember the last time he ever came to San Antonio too. Over the next few weeks, I will be posting my best basketball autographs from the 80s and 90s. This was a time when there were maybe 3-5 collectors in town, and we would mostly get cards, note cards, and magazines autographed. There was no internet back then, so it wasn't easy to get a jersey or even a basketball...especially when your a kid. Another thing I miss is that no one was pushing and shoving their way though other collectors. Today is a different story. Well, that's another story all together. I hope you enjoy some of the autographs below. Man, that was a sweet Jordan autograph :). It's kind of cool to see how autographs changed over time, especially Sir Charles.
